I know you remember Mac. How could you not? His hit “Baby, Don’t Get Hooked On Me” was absolutely everywhere in 1972. But he’s had plenty of other hits as well, and has also written a handful of hit songs for other artists. Most famously, he wrote “In The Ghetto,” and “Don’t Cry Daddy” for Elvis Presley.
